We stand behind every order. If something arrives wrong, we make it right.

Buyer protection

Every order is protected for 30 days from delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect — or never arrives — we’ll send a free replacement or refund you in full, shipping included.

How to start a claim

Email vanterasoc.official@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We reply within 24–48 hours and get your replacement or refund moving right away.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (the card used at checkout) within 14 days of approval.

Changed your mind?

At checkout you can add optional 30-Day Peace of Mind. With it, return the unworn item in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund of the item price — email vanterasoc.official@gmail.com and we’ll share the return address. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and the refund is issued once the item arrives and is inspected. Without it, change-of-mind returns aren’t available, since each piece ships made-to-order from our fulfillment partner. Every order still includes the free buyer protection above.
